The Company, advocating the new channels of communication on social networks as one of the closest means of participation by our users, has drawn up this policy for the use of Social Networks with the aim of ensuring that communications are productive and in line with our mission and commitment to them. In this way, this policy will apply to the content, comments and data collected or provided on the Company’s official pages and on the Social Networking platforms where it is present.

However, and regardless of the above, it should be remembered that, as a direct user of the specific Social Network, you are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use established therein, so it is advisable to verify the information contained in such policies and conditions, as well as in the privacy settings of the accounts generated by the user.

  • How is your data collected and obtained?


The Company may have access to the data of those users who join or use the Company’s official pages or profiles. If advertising actions are carried out in which the user participates, the Company may access your data in order to manage the services offered and/or inform you about the advertising shown.

In the event that the user accesses our profiles or official pages, you should be aware that the Company may have access to the data that you have published or made visible on your profile, as well as any other data that you are able to share under the policies of the Social Networking platforms themselves.

The Company, as Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantees of Digital Rights, has implemented technical and organisational measures that are necessary to guarantee the confidentiality of user data. The aim is to prevent any type of loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access leading to a security breach or violation.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, the Company guarantees users the right to exercise their rights of access to their personal data, rectification, deletion (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, opposition, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, as well as the revocation of the consent given. In addition, the data subject may contact the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority to obtain additional information or to file a complaint.

Si el usuario no quiere utilizar en el futuro los servicios ofertados o promocionados por la empresa ni desea recibir comunicaciones publicitarias, puede proceder a darse de baja a través de los mecanismos que se ponen a su disposición en las distintas páginas, perfiles y sitios web oficiales, desinstalar o darse de baja en nuestras aplicaciones o grupos oficiales, así como configurar la privacidad de su cuenta para evitar el acceso a su información. Una vez que el usuario proceda a establecer dicha configuración de baja, la Empresa no tendrá acceso a la información de su cuenta y sus datos serán suprimidos.

  • How is your information used?

In the event that the Company enables a platform for interaction or groups with followers on social networks, the Company may share user information with other companies that are directly related and in cases where it is necessary to administer, manage and/or improve the services offered through our website or official platforms, after signing a contract that provides for security in relation to the processing of your data.

Likewise, the Company will only share your information if legally required to do so, in order to comply with the requirements of applicable regulations or if requested by the competent authorities.

  • Content and comments from followers and users.

Below are some indications to encourage the good use of communications and contributions that the user can share on the website or official platforms, showing our appreciation for the contributions, mentions and/or responses from users.

  • The Company will refrain from responding to any comments that involve the use of obscene language, personal attacks on other users, derogatory comments or questions that do not relate to the Company or any of its products, as well as not acting in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Notice published on the website.
  • The Company’s website or official platforms include links to other websites managed by third parties, in order to facilitate the user’s access to the information of collaborating companies and/or sponsors. Accordingly, the Company is not responsible for the content of such websites, nor does it place itself in a position of guarantor and/or provider of the services and/or information that may be offered through the third party links.
  • The Company reserves all rights related to its official pages and platforms including, but not limited to, the following actions: edit, modify, add, delete any content or comments that act against the uses and good faith of the users. Likewise, the Company reserves the right to delete or reject user accounts that post content or comments that act against our Social Media Policy and our Terms of Use posted on the Website.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Social Media Policy at any time without prior notice.  However, it will be posted in a visible place, freely accessible for any queries it deems appropriate to make.
